Terms of sale
These terms cover the supply of equipment by Hobforge. They sit alongside the warranty terms.
Quotations and orders
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell. Prices are given by quotation, are valid for the period stated on the quotation, and exclude VAT and delivery unless stated. An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing.
Specifications
Specifications, dimensions, capacities and images are given in good faith and may change without notice; illustrations may show optional extras. Check critical dimensions with us before building around a unit.
Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates. Delivery is kerbside unless agreed otherwise, and the site must be accessible for the size and weight of the equipment ordered. Transit damage must be reported within three working days of delivery.
Installation
Installation and commissioning are the customer's responsibility unless separately agreed. Gas work must be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer, electrical work to BS 7671 and water connections to WRAS requirements.
Returns
Equipment made or configured to order cannot be returned. Standard stock items may be returned unused and in original packaging by agreement, subject to a restocking charge.
Liability
Our liability is limited as set out in the warranty terms. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and these terms do not affect a consumer's statutory rights.
