What this site stores

The quote list is held in your own browser so that it survives moving between pages. It is never transmitted to us. Clearing the list, or your browser data, removes it.

What we do with an enquiry

When you email us a quote request we hold the details you send — company, contact name, email, telephone and delivery address — to prepare and follow up the quotation, and to keep records of what we have supplied. We do not sell or share your details.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become orders are kept for two years. Order records are kept for six years, as UK tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to sales@hobforge.com.
